Our fee schedule has been designed to make accessing chiropractic care a possibility for all people.
Below is an outline of our fees schedule as of July 2011 ( please note these may change without notice)

To qualify for concession you must be a fulltime student ( show student card ) ,on a government pension or hold a health care card – please note that a seniors card does not qualify for a concession rate.
Payment is made on the day of your visit via Cash, EFTPOS, Credit Card or Cheque.
Health Fund Rebates and Government/Institution Recognition
As all our chiropractors are fully registered with the Chiropractic Registration Board of NSW our patients can claim benefits from their Health Fund for Chiropractic Treatment ( depending upon their individual fund level of cover ).
Hornsby Chiropractic Centre has the HICAPS system installed there by allowing you to claim your health fund rebate immediately on site and giving you the option just to pay us your gap.
We are also Preferred Providers for Workcover and thereby can provide treatment for Workers Compensation Cases. We are recognised by the Motor Accidents Authority as registered treatment providers for Green Slip/Third Party claims. We also offer treatment to Department of Veterans Affairs cardholders (GP referral required), and the Medicare Enhanced Primary Care Plan for eligible patients. The Medicare Plan requires Referral from your General Practitioner, and supports a total of 5 visits per calendar year.
